Included in the rent is underground private car parking space and closed private storage room, tailored to a completely independent stay. There is an elevator in the flat and all common areas are cleaned every week.
In contrast to most city-centre apartments, we offer convenient parking space, and a location close by the main highways E40 & E17, yet you’ll find peace & quiet as the apartment looks over the unspoiled Rijvissche nature area. There are several bus stops in front of the building that can easily take you to the station or the center.
